8. Advance Payment:
   • If buyer requires 100 MT daily, advance of 30 MT per lorry is required before loading.
   • For quantities over 500 MT, advance of 5 lorries is required.
9. Advance Adjustment: Advance for one lorry (30 MT) will be reduced from the final vehicle.
10. Sugar Mill Names: Bogawati, Godshakar, Bidri
11. Rate: ₹35.50 including GST + Loading (Today’s price, 9th December 2024, valid Monday to Saturday)
12. Price Adjustment: Rates will change after 7 days based on the commodities market price.
13. Media Commission (Buyer Side): ₹0.50 per kg (A+B)
